Brannan Properties, LLC has been in business since 2004, providing quality affordable housing in Williston Florida. We are located in Levy County and are only 20 minutes from Gainesville and Ocala.

 

Our office is located in downtown Williston at 161 N. Main Street.

We provide comfortable quality rentals at reasonable rates. We are known for the quality of our apartments, and we frequently get previous renters back! We believe in hands on management, and have office hours every day. We are easily accessible if the need arises.

We have an easy application process with no application fee.

 

We require previous rental references and current work references.

We have annual leases, and we require first month, last month and security deposits for all apartments.

 

Our apartments include water. Most apartments include garbage service. All buildings are wired for satellite and/or dish. You can transfer your existing account to our local service provider, and you're ready to go.

 

You'll be required to set up your utility deposit with the utility company prior to move in.
